AlphaPoint hooks feature a hook point that is 4.8 times the wire diameter (compared to the 4.3 measurements of UltraPoint hooks.). A super sharp hook with a longer point achieves greater penetration with less hookset pressure.
The Mustad Alpha Point C70SAP Saltwater Streamer is an affordable fly-specific hook. It is 2X strong, standard shank length with a straight eye.
This new hook also features the new TitanX matte finish for a more subtle presentation.
